Events

The Nolinski can be booked for a variety of occasions and its spaces can be reserved partially or exclusively for bespoke events, including the Cocktail Bar, Restaurant, Hotel floors or interconnecting rooms. Your catering requirements will be met by Philip Chronopoulos (Chef of Nolinski Le Restaurant and the Two-Michelin-starred Palais Royal Restaurant).
His colourful and fragrant dishes are reminiscent of his Mediterranean roots, whilst pastries and desserts are the forte of Yann Brys, awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2011.
